I've been eating way more than usual since my ob/gyn gave me prenatal supplement, folate. Somehow I always feel hungry all the time, well its' just my thought or is it really because of the folate. Now I eat more than I normally do, in the morning, noon, night and in between (before that I used to skip my breakfast and dinner).

The worst part is that actually I'm wondering about my weight. Oh nooo, I've maintained my diet for 2 years by eating 2 times a day and I'll have snacks if I'm hungry. Things got slightly different now, I mean it makes me kinda sad though. But then I found a kewl fact.

When we shiver, our bodies are doing the opposite of sweating. Sweating cools the body by putting a layer of liquid on the skin. Shivering tightens the skin and shakes the muscles, a process that conserves and generates heat.

Wohooo, this is great because it has been very cold in my office lately, sometimes my body will shake automatically, I shiver a lot because I'm allergic to cold. Well at least now I know shivering burns calories and fat.
